Our company was established in 1936 as a merger of two handicraft workshops owned by Mr. Rajmund Kisling and Mr. Gustaw Skrobanek and was called The Machine Factory, Metal and Iron Foundry. At that time the factory produced drills hand operated grinders, forges, mortars, weights, etc. In 1954, the production range was extended. The factory begen specialising in the production of handicraft tools: pliers,spanners. The power tools were produced from 1959, onwards and in 1973 we started production of twelve new power tools under the Bosch licence. In 1982 the licence expired. However, the expiry did not hinder the further process of development and modernisation of our production. Nowadays, we are the producer of many types of power tools for professionals and D.I.Y. users.
